Automation Test Specialist

We are seeking a skilled test automation professional to design, develop and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile and API applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation frameworks, testing tools, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web, mobile and API applications.
  • Executing regression, functional, integration and performance tests.
  • Identifying, logging and tracking defects; working closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with QA, development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Enhancing and optimizing automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript or C#.
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
