Our organization is seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to contribute to our fast-paced development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the backend features of our web applications using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-specific technologies.Key responsibilities include:
  • Conceptualizing and implementing AEM-based enterprise content solutions
  • Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations
  • Developing unbiased product innovations
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining back-end features in AEM using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies
  • Implementing efficient workflows, content replication, and versioning strategies within AEM
  • Working on Springboot application and AWS, handling CI/CD pipeline
  • Conducting code reviews, employing strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
  • Using REST APIs or GraphQL to load material
Requirements for the role:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in AEM implementations
  • Solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems along with ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS, will be a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Embrace learning new technologies quickly
