Highly Experienced Backend Developer Wanted

Riva is spearheading a B2B cross-border payments revolution, aiming for seamless, fast, and cost-effective transactions. We're building the infrastructure from scratch and require a seasoned Backend Engineer to design and implement our payment platform's systems globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop our core payment processing engine architecture.
- Create reliable and scalable financial systems for global operations.
- Build integration layers with banking partners and an enterprise-grade reconciliation system.
- Optimize our payment routing engine to balance speed and cost.
- Contribute to technical architecture and long-term infrastructure planning.
- Deep experience with Java (Spring Boot) and proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of database design and performance optimisation.
- Experience working with distributed systems and high-throughput architectures.
- 4+ years of experience in backend development.
