Finance Consultant Job Opportunity

This is a full-time remote contract role that requires the ability to configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive testing and training.

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.) for financial planning and analysis purposes.
  • Provide expert advice on finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops for effective project execution.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key qualifications include 8-12 years of experience in Oracle EPM and Finance, strong understanding of finance processes, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Required Profile:
  • 3+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
  • 6+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (FP&A, close, reconciliation)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location
Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
