We are seeking a dedicated Tax Associate to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time hybrid position that involves working both remotely and in-office, as scheduled by the company.

The successful candidate will focus on US tax compliance, preparation, and advisory services across various client types.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare US personal (1040), corporate (1120), and trust income tax returns.
  2. Apply US tax treaty provisions to cross-border tax transactions.
  3. Assist with sales tax filings and registrations.
  4. Support tax planning initiatives for cross-border transactions.
  5. Draft and organize working papers for income tax filings.
  6. Aid in tax audits with the IRS, including client coordination and document preparation.
  7. Work closely with senior staff and partners on tax strategies and planning.
  8. Develop strong client relationships and understand their business needs.
  9. Apply project and process management skills, particularly during tax season.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1–2 years' experience in preparing/reviewing 1040 and 1120 tax returns.
  • Public accounting/tax experience preferred.
  • Strong client communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master of Commerce preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with tax software (e.g., Prosystems, FX, Gosystems, Drake Tax) is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent team collaboration and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development.
