Transaction Advisory Services Associate

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Advisory Services Associate to join our dynamic team at RSM Delivery Center Private Limited (India). As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality client experiences and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial due diligence, with experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transaction data books/workbooks, managing gathered data effectively, and preparing industry-specific analyses. Additionally, you will participate in management calls, take notes in management meetings, and draft sections of the FDD Report.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis. You should also be proficient in technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, and financial concepts is essential.
