At RSM, we are the leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, empowering our clients and people to realize their full potential. We are seeking a skilled Transaction Advisory Services Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a strong understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.S. GAAP accounting standards, and financial concepts. They will also have advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include preparing and reviewing transaction Databook/Workbook, participating as a Deal team member with high proficiency, and preparing industry-specific and other ad hoc analyses. The successful candidate will also be able to independently draft sections of the FDD Report, set up Debt/Debt like and Net Working Capital analysis, and demonstrate proficiency in technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
