Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled executive chef to lead our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and execute the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a similar operation.
- Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Possess excellent culinary skills, knowledge of food preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
