Cloud Engineering Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python developer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services in Python. You will also deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and implement monitoring and observability using the ELK Stack.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience with Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.) and proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Python-based backend services.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms.
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting using the ELK Stack.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-deployed applications and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Python programming language.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
