Senior Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable data architectures for our enterprise workloads.

This position demands a blend of strategic architecture skills and hands-on operational excellence, enabling high-performance and secure data solutions.

  • Database Architecture & Design: architect, design, and implement scalable database solutions using SQL (RDBMS), MongoDB, Vector DBs, and Graph DBs.
  • Database Administration & Operations: lead administration of MongoDB clusters, SQL databases, and cloud-native data services.
  • Performance & Optimization: drive query tuning, indexing strategies, and workload balancing across heterogeneous databases.
  • Advanced Data Platforms: implement and integrate Vector Databases, deploy and manage Graph Databases, and integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data pipelines into data lakes.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: partner with data scientists, application developers, and cloud engineers, provide technical leadership, mentoring junior DBAs, and defining database best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator and Architect in large-scale environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring data security, compliance, and governance in multi-environment setups. You will also conduct capacity planning and forecasting for large-scale data environments.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of data modeling, indexing, caching, and query optimization. Proficiency in automation, scripting, and DevOps practices for database administration is also required.

A solid grasp of security, compliance, and data governance frameworks is necessary. Experience supporting AI/ML pipelines and real-time analytics is preferred. Certifications in MongoDB DBA/Architect, Oracle DBA, Azure/GCP/AWS Data Engineer are an advantage.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
