Procure to Pay Reporting Developer Opportunity

We are seeking seasoned professionals with expertise in Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) reporting to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting and Analytics: Creating and maintaining operational and analytical reports for procurement, supplier management, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Process Support: Supporting procurement, supplier management, invoicing, and payment processes through strong hands-on expertise in Oracle P2P modules and reporting tools.
  • Oracle P2P Expertise: Deep understanding of procure-to-pay lifecycle: requisition → purchase order → receipt → invoice → payment, including proficiency in SQL, joins, and data extraction for reporting.
  • Compliance and Audit-Ready Reports: Ability to build compliance and audit-ready reports (e.g., 3-way match reports, vendor compliance reports) using experience with KPIs and metrics such as days payable outstanding, procurement cycle time, and supplier aging.
  • AP Workflows: Familiarity with key integrations between Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL), including ability to troubleshoot reporting issues and reconcile discrepancies independently.
