Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (MBA preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Programme Director to oversee and manage our Smart Metering projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HES (Head-End System) and MDM (Meter Data Management), and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Smart Metering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage HES & MDM system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure proper handover upon completion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Smart Metering systems, especially HES and MDM.
  • Excellent programme management and team leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (MBA will be an added advantage).
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years in programme management, preferably in Smart Metering or Power Sector projects.
