About the Role

We're scaling fast and building innovative SaaS tools designed to solve real-world challenges. As we prepare to launch, we're looking for a confident and strategic leader who can take our products to market with impact.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will own and execute the strategy to launch our SaaS products successfully. You will collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Market & Customer Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring strategies are grounded in actionable insights.
  2. Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from the competition.
  3. Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a robust launch roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
  5. Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  6. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
