About this role

This position plays a vital part in our brand building efforts across various solution areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Market Insights: Understand customer demographics, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  2. New Product Development (NPD): Collaborate on communication strategies across touchpoints like product displays, D2C stores, CRM, marketplaces, etc.
  3. Communication Strategy: Assist in managing consumer interactions - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.
  4. Data Analysis: Drive measurement and learning for marketing initiatives.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve goals.
  6. Offline Business Performance: Monitor distribution, sales, visibility, and planogramming across different store formats.
  7. Additional Responsibilities: Support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc., to drive product success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Offline channel handling is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building consumer brands.
