Job Title: Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Operations Manager. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing operational infrastructure, managing on-site resources, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. They will also act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
