Job Title: Master Building Designer

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for designing and developing architectural projects in the UK. With 2 to 4 years of experience, you will have honed your skills in creating innovative designs that meet client specifications.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of UK architectural standards, planning regulations, and documentation protocols. You will work closely with UK-based consultants, project teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop design concepts and architectural drawings aligned with UK client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with RIBA Plan of Work, UK building regulations, and planning procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess a B Arch or equivalent degree in Architecture and demonstrate a solid understanding of UK planning laws, building codes, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and in a UK time zone.
