About the Opportunity

We are a pioneering health-tech startup, embracing a remote-friendly culture to develop an end-to-end healthcare ecosystem.

The platform comprises Hospital Management Software, mobile applications, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration, all aligned with national health standards.

As a seasoned backend developer, you will create scalable APIs and microservices for a comprehensive healthcare experience.

This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Develop and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile applications and hospital dashboards.
  • Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.

We seek experts with strong foundations in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.

Familiarity with Node.js / Python is required.

Able to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.

Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.
