Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled security professional to join our team as an Enterprise Security Supervisor. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day physical security operations and implementing security policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or a related field. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and educate individuals on policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities
- Support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with crisis management and business continuity teams to support the development and implementation of protocols, including emergency response plans and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
- Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
