Security Operations Manager

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of all security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of all security personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure that all security staff provides services that exceed customer expectations and contribute to retention.
Oversee the safety and security of guest, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times.
Manage safety & security, Fire Life Safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel.
Liaise with department heads to ensure adherence to established security procedures.
Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards, and any untoward incidents.
Track departmental safety records and document medically treated and non-treated injuries.
Oversee and guide the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee and Fire and Safety Committee.
