Performance Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance tests to ensure the scalability of applications.
  • Design and implement test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans.
  • Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding.
  • Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring tools, such as AppDynamics, Splunk, and New Relic.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
