As a key contributor to our software development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable applications. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior developers on technical aspects, leading design efforts, and facilitating delivery teams to achieve sprint goals.
Your primary focus will be on cultivating a culture of full-stack development within the team, emphasizing collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders. You will write clean, performance-efficient code, perform unit testing, and prepare comprehensive documentation.
Investigate and resolve production issues, as well as enhance application performance. Leveraging your expertise in Java 1.8+, Spring Boot, and other frameworks, you will drive success through innovation and excellence.
You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of infrastructure and application security management. A collaborative mindset, learner attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming in core JAVA/J2EE
- Extensive experience with JDK 8/11 versions, Spring Core, Spring Boot, and other frameworks
- Experience in Java Stream APIs, Lambda Expressions, and Unit Test writing using Junit, Mockito, RestAssured
- Demonstrable understanding of infra and application security management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related certifications (not mandatory)
