Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in developing APIs, optimizing data storage, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure server-side applications.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  • Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
Requirements

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python, or Go).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of caching, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time applications.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
