Job Title: Senior Business Growth Manager

  • We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager with expertise in developing and executing digital strategies to drive business growth.
  • This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and implement data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of business growth strategies aligned with client objectives—focusing on paid media, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Lead the execution and monitoring of high-performing campaigns, track KPIs, and suggest optimizations to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Help prepare comprehensive reports and contribute insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and status updates across internal and client teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business growth, or client management (preferably in an agency environment).
  • Proven track record of managing or assisting with performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced understanding of SEO principles and hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Proficient in using CRM or nurturing tools like Hubspot, Lead Squared, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
