Job Title: Brand Customer Support Executive

As the primary point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on the app, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

You will guide influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation while maintaining a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.

Collecting feedback from users and reporting recurring issues to improve the app experience is also a crucial part of this role.

Collaboration with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless user journeys is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Guide users through the onboarding process and app navigation
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling customer interactions
  • Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve user journeys

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach
  • Comfortable interacting with influencers, brands, and app users
  • Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus
