We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, OTC. In this position, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various functions.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial Accounting and Advisory (F&A) domain, with a strong background in driving business transformation using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. They will also have expertise in process automation and robotics process automation (RPA).

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of process improvements and make recommendations for future enhancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&A domain, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Expertise in process automation and RPA, including implementation and management of bots.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
