Internal Auditor

Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within an organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute robust Internal Audit engagements and testing and monitoring activities in line with the annual Internal Audit program.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify deficiencies or weaknesses in processes, systems, or practices.
  • Prepare audit engagement plans tailored to the specific risks and objectives of each audit engagement.
  • Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in clear and concise reports for presentation to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit recommendations.
  • Monitor and track the status of audit findings and management responses to ensure timely resolution and closure.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues within the Internal Audit team and across the organization on risk management and control-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Twelve months plus of progressive Internal Audit Experience.
  • Strong understanding of Internal Audit, Internal Control concepts, risk management principles and audit methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate audit findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
