Becoming a Financial Executive - R2R requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.

Job Title: Financial Executive - R2R

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting processes, preferably within the same or similar industry.

  • Prepare accurate and timely consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  • Ensure review and timely issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III as part of the period-end close process to the requisite stakeholders.
  • Compliance of SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Data for RPT compliance.
  • Accounting for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.
  • Review and approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end to ensure accurate consolidation of financials.
  • Review consolidated reports and reason analysis for key variances before circulation.
  • Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation.
  • Recommend improvements to current Consolidation process by reducing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with other working groups using a customer-centric approach.
  • Error-resolution should be performed to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with end-user satisfaction in mind.
  • Effective participation in the team and building a strong team culture.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and coordination in physical verification of assets.
  • Working of lease accounting as per IND AS 116, control and review of Lease asset schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP S4 HANA – ERP system knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expertise in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
