Senior Finance Operations Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for end-to-end service delivery across R2R, P2P, and I2C.

  • Manage delivery of F&A services across R2R, I2C, and P2P for a global client.
  • Lead a team of 70–150 F&A professionals across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing F&A teams of 70–150 FTEs, with a strong track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.

Candidates should have Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant preferred; alternatively, a commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputed institution.

They should also have Leadership Experience: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders (US focus, including cross-border collaboration).

Additional requirements include Client Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior-level clients.
