Job Title: Civil Engineer

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to translate design concepts into structural feasibility, working closely with architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Technical Support: Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure that design concepts are feasible from a structural standpoint.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure timely completion.
  • Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee site works, ensuring that design intent and quality standards are followed.
  • Quality and Safety: Implement quality control procedures for concrete, steel, and other construction materials, as well as ensure safety practices are followed at construction sites.
  • Quantity and Cost Control: Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, check contractor bills, and certify measurements for payment processing.
  • Client and Team Communication: Assist in explaining technical details to clients in coordination with architects, act as a bridge between office design teams and on-site execution teams, and attend review meetings to provide technical inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction software; excellent communication and project management skills.
