A talented Business Analyst is sought to join our team and drive the implementation of advanced technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MuleSoft and EDI technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analysing and documenting current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders to design business process flows, including documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  3. Serving as the liaison between customer business units and IT support staff to coordinate activities with SMEs, business, program management, and IT teams.
  4. Working directly with subject matter experts, vendors, and partner organizations to deliver project milestones, including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation, and training within complex technology and business solution programs.
  5. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides.
  6. Creating user stories using Agile frameworks in tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA.
  7. Creating end-to-end data flow diagrams from source to target systems.
  8. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to MuleSoft and EDI technologies.
  9. Participating in project planning and providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience working on EDI and MuleSoft projects.
  • Familiarity with EDI codes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and perform data analysis.
  • Proven experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
