Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Risk and Quality Analyst. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for monitoring transactional activity, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring that our processes and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactional activity and identify potential compliance risks
- Mitigate identified risks through process improvements and training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Analyze data and metrics to inform compliance and risk management strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in compliance risk management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
