  • Drive Team Excellence: Coach, mentor, and upskill consultants to deliver exceptional results; drive CRM adoption for enhanced efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Ensure counsellors guide students through the entire journey from course selection to application and visa processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Maintain sharp knowledge on admissions, visas, scholarships, and market developments to provide timely and accurate advice to students.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture relationships with educational institutions to create robust pipelines and opportunities for students.
  • Brand Ambassador: Plan and execute workshops, seminars, fairs, and office events to amplify our presence in the market.
  • Performance Optimization: Track key performance indicators, generate regular review data, conduct timely team reviews, and convert insights into improved student service and business outcomes.
  • Business Growth: Review marketing plans, contribute to branch budgets, and conduct regular audits of counselling quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2C international education.
  • Proven leadership experience with measurable results.
  • Experience building business plans and reporting progress.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • High integrity, ethical decision-making, and respect for diversity.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Fluent Malayalam speaker required.

Travel may be required as per business needs.
