International Student Counsellor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our overseas education team as an International Student Counsellor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to students on university options across various countries, including the UK, USA, Australia, Europe, UAE, and more.
  • Counsel students on application procedures and visa regulations, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements.
  • Handle student enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application processes and visa regulations to ensure accurate advice is provided to students.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global university partners to deliver exceptional student experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduates (any discipline) with strong communication skills and a passion for international education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a student-first mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new situations.
