We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist to drive our digital growth across Meta, Google, Amazon, and affiliate platforms. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, analyze results, and scale revenue while improving ROI and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan and run campaigns across digital platforms.
    • Manage budgets and optimize for revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
    • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels.
  • Analytics & Optimization
    • Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
    • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
    • Optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.
  • Collaboration & Content
    • Coordinate with brand and design teams for high-performing creatives.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AMS.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
