We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Architect.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Solution Architect to leverage their expertise in advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing production-grade enterprise-level solutions, particularly in churn modeling and customer analytics.

  • Design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions from data ingestion to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Architect scalable and reliable solutions that meet the needs of both consumer and enterprise customers within the telecom sector.
  • Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions to guide implementation teams.
  • Develop and deploy intervention models to mitigate churn and improve customer retention.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand data distribution, feature importance, and model explainability.
  • Evaluate and recommend the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies for churn prediction and customer analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Solution Architecture with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing production-grade enterprise-level solutions for telecom companies.
  • Deep expertise in developing and deploying intervention models to mitigate churn.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Survival Analysis techniques for customer behavior prediction.
  • Extensive experience with Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) analysis and its application in business strategy.
  • Proficient in applying a wide range of machine learning techniques, including classical ML and Deep Learning models.
