At Praxsol Engineering Private Limited, we are seeking a skilled Subcontract Project Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an estimated salary of 4.5 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage subcontracting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new outsourcing partners based on project requirements and evaluate their suitability.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure smooth project execution and document progress.
  • Monitor vendor productivity and handle any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met within the specified scope and timeline.
  • Collaborate with the Manager-Subcontracts and Manager-HR on various tasks related to deputations and documentation.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
