Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced Flutter developer to own mobile app development and contribute to its strategic evolution. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end features focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

The successful candidate will be a product thinker who cares about solving user problems, writes clean and scalable code, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product. They will partner with designers to refine UI/UX and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Additionally, they will write clean, testable code and advocate for best practices (testing, CI/CD, documentation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Own Features: Develop end-to-end Flutter features that meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate on UX/UI: Work closely with designers to create a seamless user experience.
  • Champion Quality: Ensure all code is clean, testable, and adheres to best practices.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Mentor & Learn: Share knowledge with the team and stay ahead of the latest industry trends.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • 3-4 years of Flutter/Dart experience with a portfolio of shipped apps.
  • Strong understanding of state management, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

Product Mindset

  • Candidate must ask insightful questions and demonstrate a problem-solving approach.
