  • Monitor curriculum planning, assessment practices, and internal standardization across all subjects, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the IB Core (Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, CAS), fostering a holistic approach to education.
  • Support differentiation and academic interventions for diverse learners, promoting inclusive education.
Staff Development and Performance:
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for IBDP staff, promoting career growth and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all teaching staff have appropriate IB training and certifications, maintaining high standards of expertise.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff about programme expectations, policies, and progress, maintaining transparency and openness.
  • Organize orientation sessions, information evenings, and promotional events for the IBDP, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Build a positive reputation for the IBDP internally and externally, promoting the programme's values and mission.
