About You:

• You'll work with premium families investing in complete development, collaborate with global mentors and industry leaders, build something your own children would be proud of, and pioneer character development education in India.

• Guide parents through their child's entrepreneurial journey.
• Address concerns about balancing business with academics.
• Manage 150+ premium family relationships with personalized attention.
• Coordinate Teen Entrepreneur Club with global mentors from MIT/Stanford.
• Ensure 95% retention through systematic engagement.
• Oversee student businesses generating real revenue.

• 8+ years in education WITH heavy parent interaction.
• Comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school (admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred).
• Can handle premium parents with grace and build deep trust.
• Understands that holistic development needs systematic approach.
• Believes teenagers can build businesses while excelling academically.
