Education Counsellor Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Educational Counsellors who are passionate about helping students achieve their career goals in the healthcare sector while advancing their own professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls to understand their educational aspirations.
  • Cultivate registered leads and webinar attendees into full-course admissions by providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to identify students' career objectives and recommend suitable programs.
  • Effectively communicate program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities to students.
  • Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules management.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Communicate reminders and follow-up messages to students via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to foster a sense of community and trust.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability to drive results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Daily Calls: 200+
  • WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
  • Conversions: 10–15% of handled leads
  • EMI Collections: 100% adherence
  • Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal
