You will collaborate with teams and clients to exceed client expectations:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings.
  • Represent clients before tax authorities for assessment, rectification, and other matters.
  • Train assistant managers and executives for their professional development.
  • Develop and implement tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services.
  • Manage end-to-end tax operate engagements and internal client codes.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones.
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.
  • Participate in firm eminence programs and events.
Desired Qualifications
  • CA - 4-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Analytical skills and conceptual clarity.
  • Eye for details and innovation thinking.
  • Time and cost management skill.
