Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to support our finance operations and business analytics functions.

This role offers exposure to financial performance analysis, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and analytical tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
  • Prepare financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.
  • Operational & Financial Analytics:
  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the sector is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
