**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to manage HR dashboards, analyze vertical-wise attrition data, handle PMS files, and ensure timely and accurate reporting through Excel and PowerPoint presentations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Monitor and track key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from management and HR leadership.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
