Supply Chain Strategist

As a Supply Chain Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing complex supply chain data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize the flow of goods and materials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Planning System Strategies: Develop and implement planning system strategies to improve signals across the supply chain.
  • Monitor and Adjust Parameters: Monitor and adjust parameters in the planning system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Use Common Processes: Use common processes, tools, and information systems to manage supply and demand plans.
  • Analyze and Interpret KPIs: Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
  • Execute Daily Operational Planning: Execute the daily operational planning process within a specified functional area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Oracle-based Systems: Experience with Oracle-based systems is required.
  • Basic Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the import process is preferred.
Education

A college or university degree is required. This position may require additional education or certifications depending on the company requirements.

Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
