We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Architect to join our team. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

- Key Responsibilities :

* Design and develop scalable solutions that meet business requirements

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

* Implement efficient and reusable code following best practices and coding standards

* Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers

* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security of applications

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations

* Participate in agile development methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget

- Requirements :

* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures

* Experience with RESTful API development, integration, and consumption

* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/deployment tools, and agile methodologies

* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering high-quality software solutions

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

- Team Leadership :

You will lead a small team of 3 to 4 members and be responsible for their growth and development.
