BMS Hardware Architect

As a BMS hardware architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge hardware systems for energy storage applications.

  • You will be responsible for creating robust and efficient hardware designs that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • With expertise in power electronics, digital circuit design, and analog circuit design, you will excel at architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS.
  • You must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 12-14 years of experience in BMS development and architecture.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS.
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS.
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experience working with various Sensing Technologies (e.g., Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262 when building HW designs.
  • Contactors and Relays.
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products.
