Job Description

About the Role:

You will shape our digital business by coordinating with cross-functional teams to craft and execute a strategy around new customer acquisition, driving customer value, and enhancing the customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing adoption and engagement for our mobile app across customer segments.

Key responsibilities include analysing user journeys to identify improvement areas, working closely with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns, and owning end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments.

Additionally, you will work with BI/analytics tools to extract, clean, and interpret large data sets, and collaborate with the bank's campaigns, analytics, and overall portfolio teams to drive efforts on the conversion funnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps

Customer Centric Mindset: A must

Tools and Technologies: Prior experience of working on campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe etc, and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer required

Data Analysis: Hands-on experience with data extracting and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI

Digital Portfolio Management: Experience in managing digital portfolio for a bank/fintech/NBFC is a plus
