We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team.
About the RoleThis key position involves delivering high-quality digital training sessions, onboarding support, and adoption strategies to clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test methodologies, automation frameworks, and API/back-end testing best practices.
As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving digital training materials and workshops tailored to our platform. This includes conducting live training sessions, webinars, and interactive office hours to guide clients through best practices and effective usage.
You will also create self-paced digital content, including video tutorials, user guides, and FAQs, to support diverse learning styles.
The role requires serving as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our Digital Adoption Program, providing proactive support and resolving adoption challenges.
You will collaborate with our Engagement Manager and Quality Engineering Architects to align the digital adoption strategy with overall customer success initiatives.
In addition, you will assist in tracking metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness, quality of test automation, and product adoption, and report regularly on program performance.
Requirements- Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrated understanding of Test methodologies and principles;
- 3+ years of prior hands-on experience in using automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Appium;
- Experience working in Scrum Teams;
- Knowledge of testing APIs and back-end services;
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment;
- Good command of English communication, both written and verbal;
- Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent;
- Some experience in a leadership role (QA Lead or Test Lead) of a team;
- Knowledge of modern ecosystems and automated build/deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Github, Azure Pipelines, etc);
- Knowledge of cloud providers such as Kobiton, BrowserStack and Saucelabs;
- Knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure and GCP;
