About this role

This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and guiding internal teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own client relationships and drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that meet business needs
  2. Guide internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements
  3. Anticipate client needs and bring proactive solutions to drive business success
  4. Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility to ensure timely delivery and impact
  5. Develop and coach the client services team to become consultative partners to clients
  6. Partner with leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries

Requirements

  1. 12+ years of experience in client service, preferably in a B2B marketing agency
  2. Strong ability to hold senior-level discussions with clients and stakeholders
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  4. Track record of running multi-market accounts and delivering results-driven campaigns
  5. Commercial acumen and understanding of the marketing industry
