JOB Description :

Summary:

As an Electrical Engineer with Instrumentation skills, you will lead the effort to develop and assign maintenance strategies for field instrumentation equipment. Your day will involve overseeing the assignment, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project success.

Purpose & Accountabilities:

  • You will perform engineering activities covering key areas of instrumentation technology including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzer, and control systems.
  • You will review and update equipment maintenance strategy for instrumentation (e.g. Transmitters, control valves, flow meters, analyzers)
  • You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • You will have knowledge of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • You will have understanding of Preventive, Predictive, Condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets.
  • You will standardize instrumentation maintenance procedure and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • You will have knowledge of hazardous area classification, international instrumentation standards.
  • You will be skilled in instrument maintenance techniques with understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation.
